Do you offer a warranty on your ECU files?

To ensure the best possible experience, we always recommend checking your downloaded file in your preferred tuning editor before use. Please verify that the software type and version match your ECU and intended application.

While we cannot guarantee compatibility with every vehicle or ECU setup, your satisfaction matters to us! If you find that a downloaded file is faulty or incorrect, simply get in touch with our support team. We’ll review the issue and be happy to help. Where appropriate, we’ll offer you a refund or store credit to use toward another file in our shop.

We want you to shop with confidence and will always do our best to find a fair solution.

We make purchasing your ECU files quick, easy, and secure! We use **Stripe** to process payments, offering a wide range of payment options to suit your needs. Depending on your location and eligibility, you may be able to pay using major credit and debit cards and other supported local payment methods.

Simply choose your desired file, proceed to checkout, select an available payment method, and complete your purchase. Once your payment is confirmed, your download will be ready!

Instant delivery — no waiting, no delays!

All our products are digital, so there’s no shipping and no need to wait for manual processing. Once your payment is successfully completed, your purchased file will be available for immediate download.

Simply complete your order, download your file, and get straight to work!
